Fershawnda Green, Owner/Operator of Poppin Plates incubator Kitchen LLC

Poppin Plates Culinary Incubator is a licensed commercial shared kitchen in Park Forest created to provide support and services for minority-owned food and beverage entrepreneurs. They provide the tools needed to establish and grow a food service business including Hospitality Business classes taught by Licensed Chefs, Restaurant Managers and Restaurant Owners around the Chicagoland area. The recipient of a Chicago Southland Economic Development Corp. grant for food manufacturing to establish a coprocessing space, Fershawnda’s story is one of inspiration for aspiring business owners.

Prior to opening her practice 11 years ago, Doreen worked in HR and coached and trained leaders in corporate America. Highly credentialed, she coaches, trains and consults with clients who are creating change in their lives -- professional or personal -- and companies seeking enhanced employee engagement. Her approach employs a foundation of neuroscience to teach you how to increase your control over the outcomes you desire and create your ideal future.
